Amazing apartment & great location

Amazing amazing amazing apartment. Great location. Near the beach & the lively street in busan. The best you can ever find in busan. We took the apartment with 3 bedrooms. It was very big , super clean, very comfortable. Once you get there you’ll be guided to take the 4th floor for the reception & register. It’s the second tallest building in Korea so it’s very well known by taxis.

Despite the shortcomings, we would book the hotel again.

1) Great suite with a wow factor. 2) Insane ocean view. 3) Great location. 4) Very friendly and helpful staff.

1) The lady who explained the apartment to us could only speak memorized sentences in English. Not all of our questions could be answered and there were misunderstandings. 2) Except for the smart control, all documents are unfortunately only in Korean. It would have been helpful to have an English translation for the numerous remote controls. Washing machine, dryer, television, even the refrigerator, food ordering service is all very complex only with Google Translate. Luckily our daughter can speak Korean. 3) The toilet in the main bathroom was broken - but it was repaired on the first night. 4) The shower door in the main bathroom didn't close completely, so the bathroom was always wet - although we didn't feel like having someone come to fix it. 5) There were three of us, but we only ever received shower towels for two people. 6) Checking in and out is far too complicated. 7) The only way to reach the reception was via a telephone line. As a foreigner, this was extremely difficult as there would be international fees - we refused. The only alternative was to use KakaoTalk, which we had to download separately. There are clearly too many deficiencies for this exclusive hotel.

comfortable space for a family

loved the property! clean and very spacious and an amazing view!

didn’t like that there was no real reception desk help or staff help. it felt like a total apt and not a residence hotel. please keep that in mind.

Really nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen, large living room and very comfortable bedrooms. Massage chair and the awesome view was a bonus!

Exceptional

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great as well. Very spacious and sleek apartment with accommodating staff. The view was exceptional. Variety of lighting options and good air con accesible by an easy to use smart home panel. Smart Tv with netflix and youtube as well. Great location just to the side of the beach for a more relaxed vibe. Though unused there is also a full service kitchen. The wine fridge was shut off though. Was a beautiful stay and had a wonderful time!

The check-in process was only a little confusing as the entrance front desk is only for residence and not associated with the rental/hotel portion of the building. Also wish there were extra pillows for the additional mattress topper provided. Once run out of the complimentary toiletries provided the rest is an extra charge. Just a note, but most of the information and correspondence provided will be in all Korean unless using the kakaotalk channel.

100% would stay again.

The check in process was a bit confusing because there are a number of entities using the same check in process but after that, it was smooth sailing, from walking us to our room and explaining the amenities to a simple contactless check out process. The view was also great and the amenities provided were excellent, including the in-unit washer and dryer.

Finding check in counter was hard the place was like a maze, it took me a while before I could get help.

Nice and clean

The place was a maze and it you get off the wrong floor for park garage it was hard to get back into the building. I had to wait until someone exit the same floor and try to sneak back into the building to gain access to the elevator.

This is a super modern building with a beautiful view. The staff is enthusiastic and professional. Very proficient at English. They helped us when we made mistakes. It was a joy.

It's a great place with few side disadvantages

The apartment is very clean, luxurious and spacious. The location and view are great. Most importantly, the price for all that is super.

Very weak electricity and internet. No way to speak to the reception (no telephone). Check in is late (4pm) and check out is very early (11am) and if you want to stay for a couple of hours more you have to pay around 80$. When you check out they'd send 2 people to inspect everything (every cup and glass). Not sure if this is ok, but I'm more used to hotels that trust their customers.

Beach view room is worth the stay! Very limited services. Great location and good size for families.

We upgraded to a beach view and loved the apartment! Beautiful space with incredible view and balcony. Location is ideal on beach and new supermarket in building.

Check in was SO frustrating and confusing. No services or help after arrival. Ocean view room had no decorations, too hot, small beds and not clean.
